Summary: I call it my magic powder.
Comment: I have been using Bare Escentuals Powder Foundation for over 8 years. It is absolutely, hands down, the best make up I have ever tried. I have terribly sentsitive skin, especially around my eyes. I have had terrible reactions, including swelling so bad my eyes almost closed, from many premium brands of make up, even very high priced products from make up counters at Nordstrom and JC Penney. I have had to rush home from a facial to wash makeup off that I knew was going to result in a bad reaction. Then just over 8 years ago, a friend used her "magic powder" on me to hide a blemish, and I fell in love. I absolutely will not use anything else. I have since added the mineral veil (great for those photographic moments) and the all over face color to my repertoire. I can't recommend these products highly enough. The coverage is great. By some miracle, the color blends into your own natual skin tone so there is no unsightly line at the jaw, and it is so light it's as if you are not wearing make up at all.
I love this make up so much, I have converted my mom, sisters, aunt, and neice all to Bare Minerals products. If I can, I'll convert you too. And no I don't own stock though I wish I had purchased some years ago.

Summary: Covers Redness and Brightens up Eyes
Comment: I wear Bare Minerals foundation in Medium Beige and find "Summer Bisque" to be a perfect match for my skintone. I dab Summer Bisque over my undereye circles and any red spots using the Maximum Coverage Concealer Brush.
If I'm in a hurry it's the only makeup I wear because it really brightens up my eyes and covers any problem areas. This works well to blend trouble spots away, and with a few swipes of foundation over it I get a fresh-face, much more natural looking than the cream concealers I've switched over from. If you like BM foundation I'd highly recommend this product, as it has the same consistency and method of application, but with heavier coverage for the spots that need it.

Comment: I used to really love Bare Minerals..... until I found out about the ingredient Bismuth Oxychloride. At first my face LOVED this stuff. But after a few months of using it I noticed that when I wore it my face would be itchier then usual. I also started breaking out a LOT more then usual. It wasn't until I did some investigative work that I found out about that Bismuth ingredient and how heavy it is on your face. The whole reason you have to BUFF the makeup on is because the Bismuth Oxychloride is so heavy that it needs to be PUSHED into your skin. I noticed that my makeup felt and eventually looked like it slid off my face BECAUSE of how heavy it really is (you wouldn't think it was a heavy makeup being that it's mineral powder!)
I stopped using this stuff and IMMEDIATELY saw a difference in my face. It went from being ruddy looking to clean and clear and glowing. I switched my makeup to Alima Mineral makeup and WHAT a difference! For one thing you don't have to BUFF the stuff onto your face, and I feel you get SO much more powder for the price (Which is about the same as Bare Minerals!) The whole reason it feels like you get so much more is because you use a lot LESS! I LOVE Alima Mineral Makeup!

Comment: it leaves my sking glowing...i have an acne problem, and it really makes my sking look great, hides the blemishes. I also have the mineral veil that I used prior and after the base, and the warmth, that gives me a color that looks like I just came from the beach, and I live near it...it's fantastic.
